🔄 Returns
- You may return your item within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return.
🔁 Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- To request an exchange, contact us at support@rivorah.com with your order number and reason.
💔 Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
💰 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
