🔄 Returns

  • You may return your item within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • To request an exchange, contact us at support@rivorah.com with your order number and reason.

💔 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
